The villa is few minutes drive from the town centre and two sandy beaches, choose between the captivating bay of El Portet or La Ampolla. The famous horseshoe bay of Javea is approx 15 mins away. The town is absolutely charming, it has a fantastic atmosphere and retains the traditional feel of old Spain, filled with excellent restaurants, bars
and a stunning marina and yacht club.
The local authorities are commited to maintaining this ‘jewel’ in it’s coastline by constantly updating and maintaining the town. They have prevented any over development and unlike similar coastal towns there are no high rise buildings which provides an uninterrupted view of the terrain, sloping gently from the coast into the backdrop of the mountains.
